    carb cycling on a 2/1/3/1 kills it for me. if only i could make myself do is strict again. energy levels stay up, muscle is maintained and the mind is left pure, since you get a nice mood bump every 2 or 3 days. that was with limited cardio as well :chomp:

    Most pullups you have done

    Thats impressive BFold. I'm around 220 at 6'7 and have trouble doing them strict like that. I can knock out about 25 in a neutral position, but palms away kills me. Plus my arms are about 8 feet long, so it takes forever as well heh heh

    knocked out 22 a few weeks ago but could possibly hit 30. i try to do at least 3x10 every day along w/3x25 push ups. no matter what im doing; i just love those 2 exercises.

    Decline Benchpress

    imo, the only reason people ever do decline is because you can handle more weight. break it down; it's a bench in a shorter range of motion. lower chest development? wtf? c'mon now. your muscles dont turn off if you're doing a certain lift a certain way. shit, even bending over involves...

    Cutting program question

    yeah, there isnt really a best cutting program. try alternating lower and upper body exercises during a workout, supersetting them, etc. ex. would be a set of squats with a bent over row. you can get away without changing anything, maybe slightly drop volume if youre adding in alot of cardio.

    diet looks good enough. run it for 2 weeks, check your measurements and then adjust your cardio from there. i like keeping cals high and burning more from exercise. change up your cardio alot to beat adaptation and you should be able to hit your goal. its realistic.
