I am looking for good ideas on the bulking/cutting cycle times. The protocol calls for 2weeks bulk then 2weeks cut but I was wondering if anyone has done anything that works better for some good results. Thanks.
Congratulations to everyone at the meet. I helped some of you guys with knee wraps and just got into powerlifting about a month ago. The meet was an unbelievable experience for me to see what it's all about. I just wanted to say congratulations again and it was good to meet you guys.
