I'm such an idiot, I've gone and bloody weighed myself again and it says a 1lb up again. Need to get my fella to hide the scales cos it brings me down seeing a gain even tho I know it can't be fat. Should I cut out carbs?

Thanks caligirl, I know what my problem has been, eating the wrong foods and lack of exercise. I think I will go down the low carb road, as that seems to suit me best. Well done on your weight loss!!
