Agreed... I've switched to a 3 day a week program and heavy sled dragging for GPP and supplement as a dynamic day... We do good mornings about every workout, mostly as a supplemental exercise. We wave conventionals off a 3" platform, partials just below the knees, romanian deadlifts, stuff...
Werd... I sleep like a rock, wake up afte 4-5 hours ready to friggin go... I've been taking some other stuff, not sure if this has really helped that much but my friggin strength and stamina has increased by a ton, my body responds really well to supps in a short time...

Kewl dude... I just noticed on that video that your hips weren't under the bar in that position and after watching a couple of your other vids, noticed the same thing.... When you missed the second, you eventually missed it backwards... In my opinion, if you could get your hips directly...
My area of concern is your back, that would be IMO what most likely could be compromised first. Your beginning a basically concentric only movement with your back in what seems to be a bad position once your under weight. Going from no stress and no gear to 300 lbs or whatever more than you...
My close personal friend and lifting partner, who looks on here but rarely posts..., just broke the Top 100 165 lb. benchers in the world (I think) in the most current issue of Powerlifting USA. He's currently at #75 and one attempt away from the Top 50...
