So I've been takin Hgh by it self now only. Instead of AAS. I'm doing 3iu daily 5 on and two off. During my research I did see gyno as a side effect . At 3 iu should I be running any nolvadex or would it be a waste ?

I have no lumps just a little bit of fatty tissue.
