By the end of my workout my hands are usually shaking when I try to pick up stuff. I will take that as a hint not to do any more. Thanks again, fellas.
When I do back before bi's I don't do as many sets, but I have been doing bi's and tri's together latley. I seem to be making good gains so I guess it works. Since I started my cycle five weeks ago i have put a little over half an inch diameter on my arms so I guess I will stick to it for now...
Is ten to twelve sets for biceps considered overtraining. Thats what I have been doing and last night in the weight room a guy told me that I was over-training and I should cut down to seven or eight sets. I had never heard of anyone doing that few sets while juicing. What should I do?
I am on my first cycle at the half-way point. I've been on Test for the past five weeks and will double up with Test and Deca for the next five weeks. Will only five weeks worth of Deca with Test make much differance or am I just wasting money?
I also have those cravings. But after training I try to keep the carbs level as low as possible, so they shall not make me a fat ass by morning. Unfortunatly what helps me with those late night cravings is smokeless tobacco. Nasty habbit but it keeps me from eating. All I can say is self-control...
I am new on this site because I need serious help. I have been lifting for quite a while but my arms just do not seem to grow. If anyone can give me some good advice I would greatly appriciate it.
