    Worried?

    I need to know, are there 50mg, blue whinny tabs? Some one said they might be called "IP"s. Are these safe? Are they good? I'd really appreciate some first time guidence.

    Lateral Raises.....Volume or Heavy Weight?

    I found both worked best. Pyramid up to a heavy weight for 4-6 reps and do 4 sets, then work your way down to exhaust them.

    faster recovery on juice?

    All the guys I've talked to say that while your "juicing", you should be spending 2x the time in the gym because you recouver so much faster, thats why they do it.

    Does it have to be th butt?

    I have been told you have to "stick it" where there's the most muscle, so why wouldn't you put it in your thigh, rather then you ass?:confused:
