    Thats the size Westside Barbell recommends. I checked all of the hardware stores in the area, a tractor store, and a couple of boating stores. Nobody has it. Biggest is 3/8". And the tractor store had a 3/4" chain, which would be too heavy. I suppose could order through elitefts, but that...

    I'm 6', 205 lbs. The goal is to gain strength and size without gaining too much fat. In the write-out below, I'm trying to keep most carbs to first half of the day. I also haven't calculated total calories yet, maybe i'll do that during the weekend. hmm.. weird, can't embed the image...

    Is there a way to do t-rows with a barbell at your own home gym? Maybe there is some kind of an attachment for a barbell being sold that will let you do t-rows?

    My back is often feeling kinda tight, and in need of a massage. I had my 50 lbs step son walk on my back, and that feels good. And I don't want to pay $60 for 30 min of massage. Anybody knows cheaper ways or about cheap equipment for self massage?

    deadlift and squats

    yeah, it takes lower back something like 72 hours to recuperate, and both of those movements work your lower back (squats not as much as deads, but still).. so i think you should do it on different days, so that you handle bigger weights in both exercises, and avoid an injury

    ok, cause 240 kg is about 530 lbs.. it's a decent weight, especially since the guy only weighs 165 lbs.. AND is 50
