    Hell, do both. That's what i do. I try to change my routine from time to time between the flex and dumbells/barbells. No matter how you cut it, unless you're looking to get into a competition, using the bowflex is better than nothing at all! Plus it saves time when you need to get that...

    I use the "Liqufy" option/speed on my blender. But Jenscat just made me think about the instant coffee idea. Hmmm...i'm ready to blend one up right now!

    With Ice....i do the same thing but sometimes substitute skim milk with 2% and I sometimes add a little equal to it.

    how much water is too much?

    yes, i would count other beverages(aka crystal lite, diet soda, etc) Signs of low potassium are: -muscle cramps -becoming weak -become thirsty(yes, become thirsty) -Great deal of urination -Last but not least, your heart may begin to skip beats--a very dangerous sign. :worried:

    how much water is too much?

    Yes, you can have too much water. Cause too much water can deplete your potassium levels to ridiculously low levels and that spells trouble. As far as how much is too much, it depends on the person but a safe amount is 1-2 gallons.

    ON chocolate mint whey!!!! Man, the chocoloate mint whey by optimum nutrition is the shizzle. Also, try pure whey by prolab, it's good too!!

    Nelson vs. Mr. X (milk question)

    Well, i only drink milk with my latte in the morning and that's it. All other times, i use water if i have a shake. that's still not bad even if i am cutting. no?
