    the problem with those mags is: a. they are sponsored by the supps. so all the advice and ads will support major suppliment usage. b. they need to fill up an entire magazine every month. you can't do that if all you have to say are the basic principals of working out and throw in one or two...

    mostly just a broken blood vessel here and there, bad back or a pulled muscle. nothing major. I've been having some abdominal muscle cramping lately- i've had it before and it HURTS, but its nothing to worry about.

    I wouldn't change my routine (i lifted in the morning for years) but as RR said- drink some water and make sure you stretch. consider warming up for a 5 or 10 minute walk first. i would have a small snack first too- some cottage cheese or yogurt or a banana and a glass of milk.

    Illuminati is right- rest and make a doctor's appointment and do some gentle stretching. it could be a disc problem or possibly just sciatica but its better to have a doc tell you.

    don't take any "energy suppliments" if you don't feel up to it, then cut back. make sure you drink enough water and get enough sleep. your diet looks awesome and very impressive for high school.
