Do y’all prefer front raises with a pronated or neutral grip? Also is there a difference been searching but cannot find any solid material explaining difference in grip on front delt raises
I've been doing some research on a ketogenic diet and by the looks of it, i would think one would get shredded (5% bf) while on cycle if they were starting around 14-15%.
any one out there ever juice on a ketogenic diet?
So a couple of months ago i changed my workouts , this was to encourage more intensity to hopefully enhance hypertrophy
1 . Changed range of motion to keep tension on working muscle
2 . Droped down weight on certain stuff to improve form
3 started doing drop down sets and aiming for crazy rep...
