    Egg whites with oatmeal is a very filling and healthy breakfast! And it tastes awesome! Add in some veggies for mo' flava! Ever try trail mix or soynuts with a meal? High in protein in yummy! Good energy boost too! You can throw in some walnuts to Steelweavers pancakes for a variation.

    How much protein you eat at a meal?

    It varies. I try for 20ish, but sometimes I go overboard in the morning and have to make up for it at meal 3 or 4. I get in 5/6 meals a day plus an after workout shake. Still working out the kinks.

    How does everyone like their STEAK cooked?

    I live and breathe by the foreman grill so any steak I cook at home is gonna be at least med rare. When in a resturant I usually go med. I never heard that meats lose nutritional value during cooking, but I know that veggies do. The more raw, the better for them, more roughage too.

    I also use just a regular old notebook for training, but for everything else you could get an organizer that is not dated, and use bookmarkers to separate. That way you could just flip to the section that you want and it wiull all be in one place!

    what is your opinion on a cheat meal?

    I agree with gymrat. After a cheat my body is ready to go back to "normal" and eat clean, but a cheat lets it chill for a bit and eat some yummies!! Helps me keep my focus on why I eat clean and I never have to worry about counting calories or bad fat. Just my 2 cents...

    Fat Free Pringles? for cutting?

    Sorry it took me so long to get back!! They are whole wheat pita chips! I got when I was visiting friends in CA, and can't find them in MA, so I make them. Slice up a whole wheat pita, beat some egg whites, baste the pita pieces, bake at 400 for about 15 min, and there ya go. Salt to taste.
