Close grip is hands about 12 inches apart. Pinkies on the ring is usually how wide I go for wide grip. I am just starting to put my index fingers on the ring.
I have pretty good form. The shirt throws me off.The weight goes down too slow!!! I have a tough time keeping my elbows in. Do I need to bench with my elbows in when I do raw bench?

I have a Inzer Double Denim Radical cut bench shirt. I can get 415-425 to touch my chest, the problem is that the shirt collar chokes me when the weight is almost to my chest. Please give me any tips on how to use the double denim!
