Unfortunatly cycling doesn't do much for calves (at least in my experience). I have genetically small calves and i taugh spin classes for 8 months or so and noticed not even slight improvements.
Been tanning. I'll try and pick up some dandelion root tomorrow and take it with an ECA pill, green tea, and some nootropics maybe.
