Just do lots of HIIT cardio and I found that doing the 5X5 lifting seem to melt the fat off me with a little help from some ECA.

Stick with the Dermatherm. As I have posted on here many times, Lipoflame doesn't do a thing for me. I have taken up to seven at one time and felt nothing. For the money I think the ECA is the way to go. Sorry Omega nothing against you, bro.
