run prop every other day, run the arimidex mid way through your cycle every 4th day if you need it, at a light dose. you're not running 2g of test a week bro, you shouldn't aromatize much. Forma is damn strong..

Orals aren't efficient. Also to get the amounts I want I'd have to eat a lot of pills. 8000iu of D, 10g of C and I'm not sure about the amount of B12. There's a Vit C IV but I don't know about iV injections.

too little test to need to take adex. if you dont like the bloat, switch to prop or other compounds all together. too much adex makes me lose my wood.

heh. alright jokes aside, i ran Tren-19-tfo, Epistane, and Beast Drol. I loved it. I stayed lead, put on strength, and my recovery was awesome. Felt like a natural running optimized. I would like to do it again, I just noticed this stuff called Helladrol. Should I run some Helladrol alone...
