    You need to learn how to train before you touch the AAS. "mostly compound exercises and some bicep curls" will not cut it for you, assuming your barbell squat probably looks like an obtuse knee bend (and that's IF you've ventured over to the squat rack.)

    Hey guys, Im 23 years old, 6'0, 198lbs, 9.5% BF, and I'm getting ready to start my third cycle. Previously, I did a 7 week DBOL cycle (i know, i know), and then DBOL/Enan for 12 weeks. I have Nolva, HCG, and an AI on hand for PCT, and i will use a standard taper for Nolva for 5 weeks...
