I never had much success with lower doses of sust. But I always had good results from lower doses of stuff like d-bol and primo. Sust works great for me at 4 shots or more per week, otherwise it was kinds of a waste of time.

My fall winter cycle is 250mg test eod with 400mg deca/week. D-bol fell through. Going to run it for 14 weeks then cut back to 200mg test/week until spring cutting cycle. I'm on week three now and strength is just starting to kick in.
Could you site a source. The Barnett study looked at flat, incline and decline bench press(not dumbell) and found the decline to least stimulate the pecs, althougth it did stimulate the lats more.
