I think the first thin you should do is go to the doctor and find out what is wrong. If you don't know what's wrong it's tuff to fix. Sounds to me like minor tendonitis or impingment. Usually taking ibuprofen will help with the pain because it is most likely inflamed, however this will not fix...
I've been having the same problem. I was advised to do some rotator cuff exercises. I wouldn't go to heavy, with tendon injuries if it hurts it's not good. Don't try top work through it. Look up some tendon strengthenig exercises and techniques.

I still have a bunch of stuff. I can still wear most of it because I used to wear baggy clothes. I have some pretty cool jerseys basketball hockey ect. I still wear all of them.
