    I agree with cheesecake, your weight doesn't mean a thing. Body composition means more. But, even though your legs are in shape, work them anyway. They are the biggest baddest fat burners you have. Think about it. They are the biggest muscle, the bigger they are, the more calories they burn.

    what is pl. I worked out with a guy last year, he insisted on, sticking to the bench ( your upper body) and arching a little. He benced over 435. Just curious what pl is. I try not to arch at all, I feel like it is cheating.

    I do them like onerepmaximum, I start like a bb press and turn my palms in at the end. I seem to get more out of them that way. I also try to go as deep as I can with them. I don't know why, but when going heavy (for me) like 100's, the first one is the hardest. If I can get 1, I know I can...

    Decline seems harder on the rotator cuff. When I do start to lift heavy on a fairly steep decline, my shoulders start to feel it.

    I do use full ROM, and I guess I made it sound like I am using a ton more when declining. I'm talking 20-25 lbs on my 1RM.

    I have had my gym in my house for about 1 1/2 years. I keep adding to it. I think the necessities are a squat/power rack, adjustable bench, a lat pulldown machine, olympic weight set, and some adjustable dumbbells. You do get what you pay for, however, you can get some pretty good equipement...
