Yeah, i work out in the mornings...6am... I also find that after working out and having a PWO shake without any coffee makes me really tired and wanting to fall asleep...
guys, so i've kinda gotten a bit addicted to putting some coffe in my PWO shake...I just love the taste... Currently i'm mixing coffee, water, about 15g of dextrose, 5g creatine and about 35g of whey.
I know that creatine makes you retain water, while cofee is a diuretic and dehydrates you...
Check this out...so tonight I hit the gym at like 8pm for my cardio. I usually workout in the mornings, but i couldn't get up today... So the gym is full, and the only open treadmill is between two others...some older guy and a younger girl. So i'm running for like 10 mins and all of a sudden...
I've been working out, on and off, for a couple years now, and have just started up again. I am doing a full body, 3 times a week routine that consists of two groups that I switch off. I lift MWF and do cardio TTh.
Group 1:
Squats 3x6
Military Press 3x6
Pullups 3x6
Abs
Group 2:
Deadlifts 3x6...
