    I started my hst routine and did my 4th workout of the 15's last Monday but I haven't been able to make it to the gym since then. I'm just wondering, it has been 6 days since my last workout.....do i do the 5th workout of the 15's or do i wait 3 days and start back from the beginning.

    How about this leg routine

    Tom - So 2-3 set of GM would be enough. I was doing 5 sets because I do my squats with a close stance to hit quads more so I figured I should do 5 sets to really hit the hams. Tagio - I do legs every six days and deadlifts on my back day so I wouldn't be able to squat twice a week.
