I started my hst routine and did my 4th workout of the 15's last Monday but I haven't been able to make it to the gym since then. I'm just wondering, it has been 6 days since my last workout.....do i do the 5th workout of the 15's or do i wait 3 days and start back from the beginning.

- So 2-3 set of GM would be enough. I was doing 5 sets because I do my squats with a close stance to hit quads more so I figured I should do 5 sets to really hit the hams.

- I do legs every six days and deadlifts on my back day so I wouldn't be able to squat twice a week.

Well I decided to try it today and I felt only biceps and a very minimal amount of work done by my back and that was only my last set. Should I continue or just drop it?
For biceps I'm currently doing

3 sets incline or preacher curl
I was thinking about trying out
3 set of chins (supinated, palms facing me)
3 sets incline curls
I do 3 sets of pull-up on my back day and would like to know if it would be too much for a week.
