    what happens if you consume no protein?

    I have tried it out.If one(natural athlete) does not consume any protein and stops training,mass *does not* decrease in the short term.However I found my bf going down because I get most of my calories from protein,and reduced protein in my case meant reduced calories.

    This Burping is pissing me off!!!

    From dawn to dusk for the last one month I have had intermittent burping.My digestion is ok and so is the rest of my system.It the burping that is really pissing me off.Anyone else has similar problems ? BTW I am all natural .

    Whats your workout like?

    I train 4 days a week.Lower back+Legs,Upper back + biceps,Shoulders and calves,Chest and triceps.Works fine for me.I stay in the 6-8 rep range and like power moves,because I am a skinny 160 pound pencilbox at 5 ft 10. :( :D :)

    How much sleep do you guys need?

    On my lifting days I need 8 otherwise I am fine with 6.It is said that the first 5 hrs of sleep are the most beneficial (GH and other factors) for recovery.After that the benefits are less.I gain fine with 6 hrs of sleep,but then I am a relative beginner(just 8 months of traning).

    Been training for a total of 8 months effective.150 pounds,5 ft 9,15 inch arm,40 inch chest,quads just about the same size as my arms(shit!!!:mad: ).No I am not a "bar body",just that my legs don't respond.Usually do 10 sets for larger BP and 5-6 sets for smaller ones.Reps:4-8 rep range.
