As mentioned, bacteriostatic water has a preservative called Benzyl Alcohol (BnOH) which allows the vial to last up to 28 days once opened whereas if you buy sterile water, which is what you are talking about, the vial should be discarded after one use. You can buy them at lots of places online...

I can't find any bacteriostatic water at elite-bodiez. All I see is a forum. Can you post a link please? I doubt it will be cheaper than where I get it but I'm always open to checking other sources.

First of all, go easy on yourself. You're coming off of 2 setbacks which can be frustrating. Also, if you have more classes and more stress that can definitely factor in. Your Rugby could be tiring you out more than anything in the summer also which can make the workout the next day a little...

I think the only over the counter hcg they can legally sell is "homeopathic hcg" where the hcg is very diluted and, most likely, does absolutely nothing - at least it's not going to act the same as taking the real thing.
