    Question about oatmeal and splenda.

    Re: your first question...yes, ditch the instant stuff. This morning I had instant oatmeal, added a packet of splenda, a handful of frozen blueberries, and some cinnamon. YUM. I'll let the other low-carb whores answer your other question. :)

    1. Thanks.. 2. See above responses for the primary reason to go for the old-fashioned style PB. "Natural PB" is not "organic shit." It's simply PB that's made out of simply peanuts and/or salt, nothing else. Personally, I like products that have short ingredient lists like the PB I eat...

    RIGHT. I just threw the remaining half of the jar away this morning after I had 3 spoon fulls last night. What a crappy feeling (out of control, no self discipline re: this certain food). Of course, I sealed the lid up tight just in case it's midnight and I need to rummage through the garbage...
