    shoulders?

    ya a do a decent warmup for my rotator cuff and shoulders cause i am scared of hurting them external rotations - 15 reps for each arm internal rotaions - 12 reps for each arm shoulder horn exercises - 2 sets 15 reps shoulder rotations and stretches

    Is 9 sets good for shoulders? 3 sets dumbell press and 1 light warm up set 3 sets lateral raise 3 sets bent-over laterals

    broke my clavicle how many weeks???

    i broke my collarbone really bad last year in a dirtbike crash and they put a steel plate and 8 screws in it. I was back at the gym within 3 weeks. The plate held it really solid so it didnt move, but if you dont have a plate i would wait a month or 2

    is this a good delt workout?

    dumbell press 6 sets x 12,8,8,6,4,3 reps side laterals 3 sets x 12,8,6 reps bent over laterals 3 sets x 12,8,6 reps does this look good or am i doing to many sets for dumbell press, 6 sets seems to feel just right, i am just starting to workout hard after a long layoff.
