    Well, obviously it's not always the same. But for the most part, it's something like this: 6am - oatmeal, 2-3 eggs, non-fat milk, 1 cup of coffee, maybe juice 8-10am - banana or apple, maybe a granola bar and a protien shake 2pm or earlier if I can - sandwich- turkey loaded with veggies...
