On the bench press pulled off too many plates from one side at a time on the barbell which caused the bar and the weights on the other side to flick off the stand and nearly hit a couple people :worried: damn i felt stupid, and sorry for the couple people it nearly hit.

Would this apply after a few years of being off and still training ? or would your body kind of adjust back to how it was before you ever used, after a shorter period of time ?

Yeah drunk is fun , but the next day is horrible for me , if alcohol had no calories and no side effects id get drunk more often for sure. Makes things more exciting, and chicks hotter :D

Nothing wrong with sweaty girls at least they are doing something to get sweaty. Hairy girls is a bit of a turn off , girls that swear every second word, girls with gel'd spiky hair, really skinny girls that have no muscle or fat. :)

Its one of those things you cant worry about too much, im 24 , going a bit thin on top and receeding , Ive tried some of those shampoo's and topical hair loss treatment sprays but nothing really worked to be honest. Just tonight I saw a guy I used to go to school with and he noticed my hair...
