    I just watched the first segment of Levrone's "ripped" phase which will be dedicated to shredding body fat. He does a hour and a half run. Doesn't this contradict muscle building?

    Cardio after leg day?

    Really...? Go climb under a rock... I LOVE doing cardio after doing legs. Since all the blood flow is down in your lower body anyway, high intensity cardio, or any variation is great. It really keeps your heart rate up, and is an amazing way to shed off excess cals.

    Anyone not train to failure and still get results?

    I don't know man, you would think training to failure would be the most ideal way. I think those who don't sometimes (and see results) have genetics on their side.

    High intensity cardio after my lifting routine...

    Lately I have been doing like a 15 minute high intensity cardio workout after lifting weights. Do you think this will have any negative affect on my gains? I usually hit the treadmill hard (like a little more than 2 miles in 15 mins). It seems to be a great way to get a nice sweat going in...

    I'm a week in and it feels a lot better thus far. Day 1: Chest/tri/shoulders Day 2: Legs Day 3: Back/bi/traps Day 4: Rest Day 5: Rest ...repeat... I do cardio, abs, and lower back every other day regardless.

    How beneficial is cardio/weight lifting on alternate days?

    I wouldn't consider it overtraining to run thirty minutes on an alternate day. HOWEVER, what I do is incorporate high intensity cardio on the same days as your lifting. Not only do you get that extra burn, you need to let your body rest. So it's important to get a couple "off days."

    Arched Back

    I have seen that video, and that is a HUGE arch. It is actually suggested by some to have a slight arch in the back and a strong plant (of your feet) into the ground on heavy weight.

    Over Training Legs

    Why would you do quads on one side of the week and hams on the other? You need to consolidate that all into one workout and do them together.
