    Ok, thanks for all your suggestions. I have worked this out, let me know if there's something wrong with it... mon: chest (intense) / tri's tue: back / bi's / abs thu: legs fri: chest (light) / delts / (abs)

    Thank you for taking the time for the reply. Much appreciated. I could do that, but my gym closes too early on saturdays in summer... But I can somehow find a way. Is a day enough for my chest to rest?
