    Test "killers" ?

    Are you on an anti estrogen. When undergoing TRT sometimes test is turned into estrogen. Also alcohol reduces test. I can't post links yet so Google this 'MY CURRENT BEST THOUGHTS ON HOW TO ADMINISTER TRT FOR MEN' and read the Word document. Also Google the man who wrote it Dr. John Crisler...

    does rep speed matter?

    So is it better to squeeze on top or not squeeze and get maybe two more reps. Both ways obviously build muscle so it's hard to tell. Sometimes I don't squeeze on top because if I want to do say 10 reps, I see the 10 as a target and want to get there....which is stupid.

    Break in routine

    No harm taking a week off for recovery after around 12 weeks of training 5-6 days per week. I love the first day back after a week off.

    ~How many reps for Shrugs.?

    I always aim for 15 reps when doing my first set of trap exercises. Even at last set I'd hit 12.
