what is the best way to train abs?
i was reading a fitness board and came across someone who said this:
I always thought multiple sets were the best way to get flat well defined abs. is my information wrong, or is he wrong? :confused:
i always find that after squatting (usually the next day) my knees feel "funny". they don't hurt, there's absolutely no pain, but they feel weird (that's the only way i can put it!). i was just wondering if this is normal. i mean my form's not bad, i don't hink. ie, i squat back, my knees don't...
