    went to the gym to do a boxing circuit

    i went to te gym and done his boxing circuit by the end of this punching and other shit my arms were dead, we warmed own with quite light weights barely quarter of what i curl normally and i couldnt do it.... i think for strengh in the arms boxing circuits and other stuff which incorporates...
