Hamill was robbed, he dominated most of the fight. Bisping was flustered by Matt's improved stand-up game, only in the third round did Bisping start to get some confidence back. Matt won, and a rematch will prove it!

Thought i heard you shouldn't run igf for more then 4 weeks at a time. Most people do it at the beginning or end of a cycle, you could do both.

You could try The Blue Box Blue Note's Best it's a box set from the famous blue note label. Blue Note also puts out other compilations that you may find are better suited for your needs. On a side note the David Brubeck and Gerry Mulligan live double disc is fantastic. Good Luck!
