cut my carbs by 15% yesterday. which was roughly 80g. So, its gonna be interesting to see what happends now. Since i started ever so slowly this has happend: - gained 2kgs - gained 2cm om my quads - gained 0,5cm on my arms - lost 1cm on my waist And its forst now im really getting into it.
