    I`m doin isolation exercises for the arms. I work out four times a week with 1.5 hour every time, one day for legs, one for back, one for chest/shoulders and one for arms.I asked someone sometime, maybe in another forum `bout this, cause it really bugs me. Told me to rest a lot, not over-train...

    I know.. but see, the problem is, no matter how hard i work em, and give em rest afterwards, nothin helps. I do the squat-thingy, the deads and for my weight (180 lbs) its even harder to obtain bigger arms. Not to sure bout the lbs system, i use the metric, but i bench 125kg, deads 190kg and...
