When I say pyramid I mean declining reps. (8,6,4) to increase your strength.
I'm following LL Cool J' silver workout, if you have the book it's on page 78, but it says to do 2 sets of 8,6,6 reps. I'm befuddled. Is this a typo? or are you supposed to do 8,6,6, rest 8,6,6?
