Im no expert man by any means but my dad was a amature body builder. Something i got from him when i am trying to gain size is to do extremely heavy weight ( like 90% of your max ) 5 sets of 3 to 4 reps. Dont know how it will work for you but seems to work for me. If you try this let me know...
