    damn... i barely survive them on seperate days....imo if you can do more than 2 other exercises on dl day...you arent pulling hard enough.

    Yes. When i did use a spotter(which i think is a good thing when you find a great one)...when using a stranger.. i lie. i tell him im cycling for a powerlifting meet(if im not ). and the spotters only purpose is to touch the bar only if the weight slams on my chest or the bar comes back down...

    Hi All: have been lifting for 8 months without a break. Doing a 3 day a week free weight 6 rep max cycle. usually 3 sets 6-8 reps per movement. squat, dl, flat bench, dips standing ovehead barbell press, pull ups.(not in that order) left soulder was starting to hurt. Weird thing is i tore it...

    Hi All: This is prob something you all are doing...For me its a first. Deadlift day: After i did my dl's yesterday..I added 3 sets of pullups to my back day.!!!!! Iripped through them. let myself hang on each rep!!!!!!dont know why im so proud of that...Its a first for me.....
