I don't understand how a product that increases insulin production will make you lose weight. Currently I am on 3,100 Kcal diet with 400 gr of carbs per day, how this product is gonna help me lower my bf levels, is it only for low carb diets?

Actually the diet is based on Dave's Palumbo offseason diet that I was given. You are right about the fruits, I shloud eat some, as far as the veggies, the Psyllium Husk Powder will take care of that, regarding the nuts I tend to avoid them since they make me constipated and decrease my appetite.
