need help.. still weak after 6 years
Hi,
im 6'4 and 235lbs. I've started at 185lbs. I train since 1998 so not a big progression. My personal best stat are not really good too.
Bench: 280lbs.. started at 135lbs
Squat: 315lbs... started at 185 lbs
deadlift: 375lbs

In the doggcrapp training system why we need to take 3 exercises per bodypart and cycle them. Why not just take 2 of them and still rotate. So we can make each exercises more often. And for some bodypart it's hard to find 3 goods exercises, and in fact we need 4 cause if we fail on one we...
