makes sense, i'll continue with the relatively quick drop and deal with strength later as you suggested. sometimes it's laughable how little weight i've been moving, but i do feel much better as my frame gets more manageable. thanks.

if you're only 20 and 175 pounds, you should spend more time training and getting your diet straight before taking any chemical enhancements. be patient!
also, your routine is pretty much bodybuilding not powerlifting.
