    where can i get a large tire (for tire flips)?

    Check with farmers they might have one laying around and I'm not too sure about this one but a junk yard might have a pretty decent sized tire. Half the fun of strongman training is coming up with the equiptment don't you think?

    In my opinion I would say that a great way to a wide back is lat exercises. Maybe you could try focusing on those but then again thats just my opinion.

    How to train lower lats?

    Give the bent press a shot youd be lifting the weight almost entirely with your lat. And saxon side bends work your whole side not much of the lat but its definately a great exercise.
