I tore my pec about 2 yrs ago and it did turn black and blue for a couple of weeks ( huge area - whole pec). Heard and felt a pop when it happened. You just have to take it easy for awhile .... no chest workouts for 6 to 8 wks at least. I started back too soon b/c it felt and looked better...

Doc, You may have answered this before, but my question is for a guy (me) in my early 50's who did a lot of AAS in the past and did not know what I was doing or anything about PCT do I need to even bother with PCT?? My Urologist did some test a couple of years ago and said my Nat Test levels...

Do most of you use a scale that measures BF?? Are they reliable??

Thanks, I will do a search......... I have now tried both and did not get much reaction from the Methyl - D but could DEFINATELY feel the Methyl - 1 (I tried these during a Deca / Test Cyp Cycle).

Any info. on Methyl - 1 and Methyl - D?? A pretty big friend of mine on in AZ says that is the big thing now.... Acts like Anadrol and Winstrol respectively. Legal now but coming off the shelf in Feb.
