One quick question.
If I had the 1cc insulin needle and had to fill up to 1.8iu, how where would that go on a 1cc slin needle. Would go between the 10 and 20? Thanks!

I also workout every other day and it works fine for me. I also take two days off after I finish an entire body workout. You definitely need to rest.
Actually, I have been pretty satisfied. I am at about 198-199 and I am aiming for 210/215 before I start a cutting cycle. I ahve also read your articles, great info!
