i just drink lots of water this usually flushes me out....then in the mornin i feel fine after i eat =) GHB makes me HUNGRY!

its probably your rotator cuffs .... i suggest 3-4 days off totally just resting up.... u have to let it heal or it wont get better it will just get worse =)

i have like 3 bottles of deca.... now how long is too long to be on it? i was thinkin 8-10weeks but im just curious if its bad to go longer?... will i still get gains?

on deca right now just finished off my DBOL...... im at 600mg's of deca a week at them moment.... i want to start my anavar... they look like this " ( | ) " with a line down the middle now im pretty sure they are 2.5mg's , they are quite small... if anyone knows if they are not 2.5mg's pls...
