Usually about 550mg of potassium, and 2 grams of taurine but I haven't take the taurine and potassium together...I just dont want to have to take this stuff everyday. I dont know why my body needs so much of it!

I have tried drinking more water, taking potassium and taking taurine, but my abs and my sides keep having cramps and they are unbareable! Does anyone have any other sugestions? I don't know if they are just tight or what. Last night I had to strech for 20 minutes bc I couldnt sit up...
