    Actually when one is so used to clean food... he can not absorb junk stuffs... So when a person pigs out on restaurant or something, he gets a fishy feeling in the stomach and goes to the toiled often in the next few hours... This is cos his body is not used to so much calories and his body wont...

    you can have some amino acids and glutamine or a protein shake with glutamine and start off your cardio... If you look at post workout nutrition - you can take a complex carb with protein after your cardio alone sessions... But you need some simple sugar with protein after your weight training...
