    Back from a long break

    I use to do the following split: Mon - Chest, Tues - Back & Arms, Wednesday - Legs, Thurs - Rest Fri - Shoulders, Sat - Arms, Sun - Rest But I thought if I went straight back into that split I would either get over-trained or not train each body part enough. What do you think?

    Has anyone ever heard of someone with NO stomach doing bodybuilding? I've had my entire stomach removed because of cancer about six months ago and have now finished all my trreatment and am going back to the gym in about 2 weeks. I can eat pretty good but it has to be smallish meals...
