Yeah, you can usse seasme oil but I certainly either boil it or add benzl alcohol to sterize it. As for the pain you can pick up some lidocaine- either topical or liquid. I have used topical, some of my boys who are in the med field actually inject a bit of lido when they dose (all in one dart)...
